The Comfy™ Knee Orthosis has an easy to use, "Bend-to-Fit", patented design which makes this one of our more popular models. The splint is excellent for the flaccid or weak extremity or to support or immobilize a painful extremity. The splint spine can bend to the desired ROM and the cuffs can adjust for optimal fit. Additionally, the splint can adjust and readjusted to provide for gradual extension of the non-fixed knee contracture. All elements of this model, from the metal frame to the insulating layers, to the comfortable terry cloth cover can be easily cleaned. An optional Comfy™ Knee Pad slides over the center strap to protect the knee.
